Open Workouts (OWs) are back! This Spring we are offering one session each week for kids playing on the 90-foot field and one session each week for those playing on the smaller field (60-foot fields). Those playing on the 75-foot field can pick between each session.
The structure for this Spring OWs will be a little different than what we offered in 2023. This Spring we will have a 30-minute program for Infield Defense, followed by 60 minutes of hitting, then a 30-minute session for Catchers. Parents can register for one, two or all three segments.
What hasn't changed is the goal of the OWs which is to give players a high number of reps that they aren't getting while playing for their Spring teams. This is not a camp so we are focused on reps. But, if I see issues or mechanical flaws, I will point them out in hopes that the player can make the necessary adjustments. However, we won't slow down the pace of the workout. The focus will be on getting the necessary reps to help the players be better prepared for their games.
Use the form below to register. There is no payment due at this time. Payment will ONLY be collected IF your child attends the session. All parents whose child attends a session during the week will be invoiced for that session on the following Monday.
